In the event of client management transition or sale of client company/assets; Tina & Company has the right of first refusal for any contract transfers or assignment. Tina & Company is no way obligated to service the new owner, communicate with them, train them or share your account information with them. In the event you need information for movie to that before closing, you must request that information from Tina & Company within a reasonable amount of time in advance, in writing. This includes but is not limited to auto renewals, website password, email password, social media passwords and similar content. It is your responsibility to properly equip your business partners and organization. Any information requests, meetings and documents requests will be billed at an hourly rate of $100/hour. You are responsible for any postage, printing or transaction fees incurred for producing the same.
Tina & Company is committed to contributing to our community and giving back. We do not accept probono requests but do extend invitations to those we feel align with the core values of our company. We do not make political contributions of any kind and tend to advocate for the homeless, women's issues and organizations serving minority and under serviced communities. We have an interest in prison fellowship, organizations that help children whose parents are in prison and single mothers If you know our story, you know why these charities are near and dear to our heart.

Acceptance of Tina and Company services is granted when you do any of the following 1) accept our contract by signing it, 2) make a payment of any sort 3) accept a payment of any sort. Your failure to fully expedite your contract or make your payments as required does not void your contract and your rights under it. All Tina & Company contracts are governed by the laws of the State of Texas in the country of Harris regardless of Client's primary residence location. Acceptance of your project is considered issued if you fail to agree to or meet for a final reveal after your final revision as noted in your agreement.
You agree to reimburse Tina & Company for any expenses we cut on your behalf. This includes but is not limited to any interest accrued on credit cards where services were paid for on your behalf. Such as Facebook ads, Instagram ads, hosting fees and the like. Additionally, if we must license photos, fonts, video or other contract services for your project you will reimburse us in full including any payment processing fees. We do to charge our clients credit card processing fees, ever, but if we have ti say them for your project you must reimburse us in full.
As part of our no refunds policy, you must reimburse us for any fees we incur as a result if your returned checks and or credit card disputes. This includes but is not limited to court costs and attorney fees, but administrative time lost researching the dispute, fees we suffer as a result of such unexpected loss and any other fees that are a direct cause of your dispute/charge-back/returned item.
Once paid, all project fees are nonrefundable regardless of reason for refund request or dispute. Proposals and/or contracts projects are non-cancel able once engaged. In some cases, they may, at our discretion be be postponed, delayed, and rescheduled without penalty and without time limit, the payments are due as specified, regardless of other issues causing delay by you. All purchases, whether of a physical good, service, software or downloadable product made with Tina & Company are non-refundable. No exchanges; all sales on-site, digitally and in person are final. IN the event we deviate from this clause, we may at our discretion issue a service credit that is good for a predetermined amount of time and is non transferrable.
Project Discussions are not conducted via text message, social media or the like. All project discussions will be handled in a formal setting by way of a meeting, conference call and or email. Similarly, project content is not to be delivered via email it is to be delivered uniformly and in whole via dropbox, google drive and or slack. We do not accept files on USB or third party devices. We only accept content from the project contract noted in our agreement. Failure to enforce this at anytime does not waive our right to do so at any time. Emails and voicemails will be responded to within 48 hours or a reasonable amount of time. We do not work on Sunday and are not responsive on Sunday, please plan accordingly. Similarly, as a general rule, team member work days start at 830 am and end at 530 pm cst. Team members are not expected to be on call 24/7 and we ask our clients to respect time with our families. In the event you have an emergency, please do indicate so in your email subject line or preferably call and leave a message indicating the nature of your emergency and how we may be of assistance. We will try diligently to assist you but make no guarantees if the issue arises outside of business hours.
While we are skilled in what we do and confident that we are industry leaders, your successes and results vary on many contributing factors aside from anything we offer or do. Tina & Company makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, actual or implied of specific results, revenue or client increase as a result of our services, training and design efforts.
